Rates & Policies
These rates are subject to change without notice. Rates are based on a family unit consisting of 2 adults and their children under the age of 18. Pets are allowed.

* Rates do not include tax; weekly rates are based on a 7 night minimum.
** Day visitors check out by 11:00 p.m. same day, Night visitors check out by 11:00 a.m. next morning.

Payment Policies
A deposit of 50% of the total fee must be received within 10 days after your phone call. Deposits are refundable if cancelled 10 days prior to the arrival date. We do retain a $20.00 service charge per site. All reservations must be paid for at least 10 days prior to arrival. If payment is not made, reservations will be cancelled. We accept money orders, personal checks, traveler's checks, Visa and MasterCard.

Seasonal Site
The rate for a seasonal site is $2750.00 plus a one time fee of $200.00 (security deposit) refundable at time of departure. There is a $150.00 winter storage fee for trailers stored on site during the winter months (October 15th - May 1st). Owners are responsible for there own electric, which is billed monthly, starting June 15th. Depending on which payment plan is chosen payment schedules are as follows.
